As a massage therapist I remind my clients about the benefits of self care at just about every session.

The thought of adopting a healthy lifestyle may seem overwhelming to some. However, adding one small step at time can be extremely beneficial in the long run.

The average adult human body is 50-65% percent water! Water helps to energize muscles, without an adequate amount fatigue sets in . Drinking water flushes toxins from the body, boosts the immune system, prevents headaches and cramps and improves skin complexion. These are just a few of the benefits.

So how does one get in the habit of drinking more water?

Start your morning with one 8 oz glass every single day. Before your breakfast ,before your coffee, before you check your emails or start preparing for the day ahead.

Commit to your health one small step at a time and your body will thank you.
