Massage Therapy is my life's work. I've been actively and continually studying since 2005 and now have approximately 1000 hours of formal massage and bodywork training. I've been licensed and practicing full-time since 2007 , working on approximately 12-20 clients per week.
My style of massage therapy relieves chronic pain, corrects posture and promotes emotional well-being. I specialize in sports massage specifically trigger point work and John F. Barnes' myofascial release techniques. doTERRA essential oils are a complimentary addition to every treatment. In addition I offer hot stone massage and prenatal massage.
I customize sessions on the day of treatment, this helps avoid falling into a routine pattern of bodywork and insures that the work being done is as specific and effective as possible. My work is intuitive, creative ,highly effective and continuously evolving.
My referral-based clientele is hardworking corporate professionals, business owners/entrepreneurs, and retirees. Many have been receiving body work for years and have come to rely on therapeutic massage as part of their
wellness routine and a tool to help maintain their overall health and wellness.
I live a balanced, wellness-centered lifestyle that matches my career path and is reflected in my work. Most importantly I receive body work sessions every 3-6 weeks.

Licensed Massage Therapist
I graduated from the Therapeutic Massage Program at SpaTech Institute in Plymouth, MA in 2013. I am currently licensed and insured in the states of MA and CT. My first many years as an LMT, I provided Therapeutic massage to a large clientele in Wareham, MA before relocating to New London, CT in 2018, where I currently reside. I am absolutely delighted to be providing massage to the people of MA again by joining the wonderful team here at Kur Village Massage!
I am passionate about the profound importance of therapeutic human touch and the impact that it has to achieve healing to the body and soul. I work hard to massage in an individualized way based on my client’s specific needs. My style of massage is founded on the concept of creating length and space in your body with the intention of improving posture and relieving musculoskeletal discomfort. My goal is to provide you with a relaxing experience which will also achieve problem solving results.
I have studied under Leslie Stager in her Fundamentals of Prenatal Massage course, which provided me with the knowledge and skills needed to extend my work to expectant mothers.
After sixteen years of ballet, I hung up my pointe shoes and took to the yoga mat. I practice yoga on a daily basis which keeps me strong, limber and aligned. I believe in the importance of physical movement and a healthy diet. When I am not massaging I will most likely be found knitting or reading a mystery book while spending time with my husband and my darling pets.
